One flat price.
No surprises.
One price per plan, every month. No per-call charges, no setup fee, no contract. We build and tune the whole thing for you, and it's launching soon.
Three ways to answer.
One picks up the phone, one handles your website chat, one answers your reviews and email. Run any on its own, or together. All three are launching soon.
Pick your plan.
Essential and Basic include a generous monthly minute allowance; Standard and Enterprise scale higher. Every tier is the same done-for-you receptionist, built and tuned by us.
And every price is right here, the same for every customer. No “contact sales” to find out what it costs, no special rate you only get if you push, no wondering whether the shop down the road got a better deal. Want more? You choose it: upgrade a tier, or switch on overage. Nothing turns on, or bills, unless you decide it.
The free trial puts the voice receptionist on your line. Basic is where the texting lives (Job Briefs, two-way SMS, missed-call text-back), and texting can't switch on until your number clears a one-time carrier registration (10DLC) that we pay for upfront.
So the upgraded trial is $30, and we'll be straight with you: that barely covers the registration. It isn't a revenue line, it's us not eating that fee for every tire-kicker. You run a full Basic account from day one, everything live except the texting, plus $50 in plan credit the moment you upgrade. Your texting switches on once the carrier registration clears, usually a day or two; either way the 7 days run from the start.
When the 7 days end, this becomes the paid Basic plan and your card is charged ($249/mo) unless you cancel first (the $30 covers a one-time carrier registration and is non-refundable).
Why credit you back more than you paid? Because we're confident that once you hear Basic answer your calls and watch it text your customers back, you'll stay. We'd rather bet on the product than on a fee.
Plans renew monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime; fees already paid aren't refunded.

How minutes work: All plans are metered with a small built-in buffer. As you approach your allowance we'll reach out so you can upgrade; we never bill a surprise overage. Prefer flexibility? Opt-in overage is available at $0.25/min (Enterprise meters overflow at $0.10/min plus $0.05 per SMS segment): it's off by default, so you're never charged a surprise, and you can switch it on any time so you're never capped mid-month. Filtered spam and robocalls don't count against your minutes.
SMS: Basic and Standard include outbound texts plus unlimited inbound. Need more outbound? Add 500 for $25, one-time or monthly, on top of your plan (Basic or higher).
What this could save you.
An example, not a quote. Drag the slider to what you'd pay a front-desk hire, and compare it to a receptionist that answers around the clock on a flat monthly plan. Your costs will vary.
