What does it reply to?
Two things: your online reviews (Google, plus Facebook on the Standard tier and up) and your inbound email. It drafts an on-brand reply to each, grounded in your business. Review replies have no monthly cap; email replies run up to your tier's monthly allowance.
Does it send without me seeing it?
Only if you want it to. By default every reply is a draft you approve in one tap. You can switch on auto-send for the routine, low-risk ones and keep approval on for anything sensitive. It never invents facts or sends a guess in your name.
How is this different from the add-on?
Same capability, sold two ways. AI Replies is a $25/mo add-on when you already have the AI receptionist or chatbot. This standalone product is for businesses that just want the reviews-and-inbox help on its own, with room to scale email volume and add locations. The Essential tier here is the same as that add-on.
How does the pricing work?
Three tiers by monthly email volume, with review replies always uncapped: Essential at $25 for up to 1,000 email replies, Standard at $49 for 3,000 plus Facebook and up to three locations, and Plus at $99 for 10,000, every location, and priority handling.
